IT Support Service Levels

We have 6 IT support engineers to look after clients 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.
All issues are logged on a helpdesk, we send out monthly reports.
Our standard Service Levels are
- 4 hours for non-critical
- 1 hour for critical
however, we do offer 30 minutes and immediate response times if you prefer.
