I’m not a psychology buff – people are fascinating. Personality is a blend of all traits, at different levels – a bit like those sound engineers you see on TV blending music with the slide buttons. Different blends make for being suited for different roles in life. With each personality trait having it's advantages and disadvantages from what I've read.
